Once you have configured Birthday and Work Anniversary reminders in Slack, the bot will automatically announce upcoming celebrations. Following these announcements, you can engage in several activities:
- Go to the Channel where the bot sent the message, mention the person with a nice message, and top it with Kudos
- Give a reaction Emoji in the form of a Kudos to Sweet Kudos bot-message
The Sweet Kudos system will recognize each reaction and contribute to the total number of Kudos the team member receives. These accumulated Kudos are tangible acknowledgement of their contributions and achievements, enhancing their visibility and recognition within the team.
