Definition of an active user
An active user is defined as someone who has been added to a Slack channel that includes the Sweet Kudos bot.
A user added to multiple Sweet Kudos channels is counted as a single user for billing purposes.
You don’t pay for anyone on your team who has not been added to Sweet Kudos channels.
