Users need to open the Sweet Kudos app and receive or give away Kudos to have an avatar shown up inside the Sweet Kudos app.
It might look strange that sometimes some users’ avatars are not showing up – but this is fine; we don’t want to stress Slack API and cache avatars on the front end of the Sweet Kudos app.
