Users can redeem a reward by clicking the Redeem button on the Reward screen inside the Sweet Kudos app or the Sweet Kudos Bot for Slack screen.
Once the user has claimed the reward, their Kudos balance will be deducted by the amount corresponding to the price of the reward. Subsequently, the workspace admin will receive a notification indicating that someone has requested to redeem a reward.
Admin needs to approve reward and change the status of the Reward request from Pending to approved.
Once the Reward request is approved, the user who has requested the reward should get an updated request status and Redemption instructions.
User will also get an email with instructions on how to claim a reward.
Admins can reject reward requests and change the status of the reward request to reject.
